Terms
Effective July 30, 2026. These terms govern your use of the myAImatch website, AI Match Free Assessment, AI Tool Vault, MAI, AI Navigator, account features, paid products, and related services.
By using the services, you agree to these terms with [TODO: legal entity name and address]. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization to these terms.
You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in method secure, and promptly tell us about unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our breach of these terms. We may require email verification, a one-time passcode, or an authorized Google account before granting access.
Assessments, MAI replies, Navigator reports, and tool recommendations are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not legal, financial, medical, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for checking a recommendation, reviewing a third party’s terms and privacy practices, and deciding whether a tool or workflow is appropriate for you.
One MAI credit buys one delivered MAI reply and is reserved when a reply starts. A technical failure may restore that credit automatically, but this is not a cash refund. Credits do not currently expire automatically; if a future offer has an expiration period, we will disclose it before purchase. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may be removed after a refund, chargeback, fraud, or abuse. Stripe processes payments in the currency and amount shown at checkout. You authorize the charge when you submit payment. Taxes, if applicable, may be added. A purchase is complete only after payment is confirmed. Except for any refund right stated at checkout, required by law, or added after the refund-policy TODO above is resolved, purchases are final.
AI Strategy Roadmap, AI Implementation & Systems Setup, and Fractional AI Lead engagements are governed by their own signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If that signed agreement conflicts with these terms for the consulting work, the signed agreement controls.
You may not use the services unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; submit malicious code; probe or bypass security; scrape or copy the service at scale without permission; interfere with availability; impersonate another person; reverse engineer restricted parts of the service; use automated access that overloads our systems; or use outputs to harm, deceive, discriminate against, or exploit people.
The services, brand, software, design, curation, taxonomies, and original content belong to myAImatch or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services under these terms. No other rights are granted.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the services and meet legal obligations. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. Subject to third-party rights and applicable law, you may use output generated for you. AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar output.
Some Visit links are paid or affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you sign up or buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Paid relationships do not guarantee placement or change our stated review criteria. Availability, pricing, and offers come from the third party and may change.
The Vault and recommendations link to third-party products, websites, and integrations. We do not control or endorse every statement made by those providers and are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, performance, content, contracts, or data practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free output, a particular business result, or that every tool, price, deal, or recommendation will remain current. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myAImatch and its owners, employees, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the services or third-party tools. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before it arose. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it.
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify myAImatch and its team against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the services, your content, or your breach of these terms. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by us.
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay, abuse credits, or threaten the service or other users. We may also discontinue a service with reasonable notice when practical. Terms that should survive termination, including payment, ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions, will survive.
These terms are governed by [TODO: governing law and jurisdiction]. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to send written notice to the contact below and try in good faith to resolve the dispute for 30 days, except when urgent injunctive relief is needed.
We may update these terms when the services, business model, or law changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
